Auto Contact Tip Reformer makes it possible to recycle conventionally discarded contact tips and contributes to cost savings and waste reduction.

Our original technique allows automatic renewal of used contact tips. Approximately 40 seconds are required for each piece of tip to be processed. The maximum number of tips to be processed at one time is 150 pieces. This machine is capable of adapting various types of contact tips and refurbishing used tips.

It is necessary to change some components of the machine to adapt them to each type of actual contact tips.
