Rocon Sensors, Valves and Water Savers

Deltapoint® sensors and valves manufactured by Rocon detect tip loss in a resistance welding cell and therefore protect critical welds. Inlet and outlet flow is measured with two vortex flow meters (no wheels to clog) and then compared. Up to thirteen tips can be controlled with a single device.

Pump sequencing or dirty water does not cause false results.
Rocon LLC introduced the first cooling water shutoff valve for welding guns in the mid-1980s. It was designed to monitor cooling water circulation for robotic welding guns.

It detects the loss of a welding gun nozzle, stops the welding robot and shuts off the water. The latest design is connection plate style for ease of installation and maintenance. It has only 2 moving parts with a 5-year warranty. It is the only valve on the market that does not require electrical power to operate; the flow of water does all the work.
